We currently offer our team a Simple IRA retirement plan with 3% employer matched contribution.
Paid Time Off
Employees receive 10 Paid Holidays and 5 Paid Personal Days and 5 Paid Vacation days their first year and are eligible for an additional 5 days of vacation time per year for the first 4 years. By the 4th year with DeGeorge Management Employees receive: 10 Paid Holidays, 5 Paid Personal Days, and 20 Paid Vacation Days.
